A Bit About Newline
Founded in May 2019 as a single-crew operation focused on VRS repairs, Newline Highways has grown into a trusted SME delivering a wide range of specialist services across the highways sector. From vehicle restraint system new builds, maintenance and repairs, sign installations, vacuum excavation, general fencing, and lifting operations, we’ve expanded our offering to meet the evolving needs of our clients without ever compromising on quality.
We’re proud to be a family-run business with big expectations. Our growth has been driven by proven reliability, technical skill, and a simple philosophy: deliver the work, do it right, and earn trust along the way. As demand for our services grew, so did our capability.

Today, we self-deliver every project with our own trained, motivated team — minimal subcontracting. This gives our clients confidence in who’s on their sites, consistency of Newline’s standards, and direct accountability from start to finish. We continue to invest in modern fleet, specialist equipment, and—most importantly—our people. With a strong emphasis on development and wellbeing, we’ve built a workforce that’s highly skilled, safety-focused, and proud of the work they do.
Our rebrand to Newline Highways marks a new chapter in our journey—one that reflects the scale and scope of who we’ve become, and where we’re heading next. With ISO 9001:2015 in place and working towards ISO 14001 and 45001, we’re ready to expand our presence across term frameworks with National Highways and local authorities. We’re scaling with purpose—supporting our clients in shaping the future of infrastructure.
